1950 Red Arrow Occupied new factory in Union, NJ.

1954 Red Arrow Introduced Cent-O-Gram® overhead triple beam balance.

1957 Red Arrow First Dial-O-Gram® balance introduced, the Ohaus model 310.

1963 Red Arrow First to incorporate magnetic damping in low cost reloading products, providing quicker results.

1966 Red Arrow Dial-O-Gram Model® 1650 introduced. Winner of Master Designs of 1966 Award from "Product Engineering Magazine".

1968 Red Arrow Ohaus introduces a new line of school balances. They're simplified for use by younger students and less costly than a Harvard Trip® Balance yet still afford the accuracy required for mass measurement instruction.

1969 Red Arrow Gustav Ohaus Award program established to honor teachers for their commitment to academics. Awarded to entrants for excellence in science teaching.
